Help? White stuff near tonsils in mouth(only one side)? - red uvula in mouth

I have a white thing in the near / in my mouth amygdala (even if only one side), my uvula (hanging in the mouth) is red () normal, and so the whole back of my mouth is redder than normal. No fever. Only can (about headaches Tho my sleeping bag), no other pain. Swallowing is sometimes inconvenient. does not hurt when I eat or drink.
